I am going to say, first, that I am terrible at drawing people, animals: ... even worse than everything else.
In any case, for me, this turned out to be about 80% successful ...

For anyone wanting to know more about what the character in Rain Song looked like, I decided to try to illustrate her.

The drawing made her look a bit older than I intended.  The character is meant to be around 20.
Equally, her hair colour is meant to be a magenta-ish red.
This is the closest sharpie that I think you can get to it and it comes out a bit pink/purplish.
In fact, she looks a bit too much as though she belongs on the SHADO moonbase.
I can go back and play around with the colour.
